Efficient staff, helpful front desk, hygienic shower installed, great breakfast, awesome location.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and efficient in dealing with my complaints. They installed a hygienic shower in my bathroom when all other rooms were full. The breakfast was amazing, and the location was perfect for me as it was close to the Parque das águas, which I loved.

Cannot find any fault. The hotel met all of my expectations and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The hotel's location is convenient for walkers, as it's close to a big shopping mall and several other stores. the room had ample space for storage and a nice view of the city. the staff gave efficient cleaning service every day.

The air conditioning unit was noisy, and the sound woke me up several times throughout the night.

The breakfast was amazing and really fueled our city explorations. Plus, the location was perfect - just a short walk away from a beautiful park with lovely water features. Another key advantage was the helpful and efficient staff who really went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

The air conditioning was a bit of an issue as it was quite strong and directed at our faces, even with the acrylic piece to move the air. there was a bit of a struggle with parking as the garage was a bit cramped.

Breakfast and proximity to a park were the best aspects of my stay over xmas, as well as the helpful staff. The breakfast was filling and offered plenty of options, making it easy to start the day with a full stomach. The hotel was conveniently located near a park, making it easy to take a walk and explore the city. the staff was very helpful and accommodating, making us feel welcomed during our stay.

It was hard to sleep with the air blowing directly on my face, even with an acrylic piece to deflect the air. the hotel failed to register my company and provide a receipt at checkout despite my request during check-in.
